UPDATE 11/11: Now scheduling appointments!

We are able to book regular appointments, including annual exams, for traditional Medicare patients.  We are actively working on credentialing with all other insurers.   Until approved by the other insurance companies, we will be operating on a cash-pay basis for the next several weeks. Our goal is to accept the same insurance plans we worked with at our previous office.  We will continue to post updates on this website as we get them.

We know this has been a difficult transition for everyone, and since the previous clinic gave patients and providers only 30 days’ notice, we are all scrambling to do the best we can to meet everyone's needs during this process.
